Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Mechanic to join our dynamic service team. As a Mobile Mechanic at RKJ Equipment, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch repair services for our diverse equipment lineup. This includes performing basic servicing, routine maintenance, and comprehensive diagnostic repairs, ensuring the longevity and optimal functionality of the machinery.

Responsibilities:

Conduct various levels of repair on equipment, both in-house and on-site.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Perform routine maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.

Work with diesel and heavy equipment, with a focus on agricultural machinery.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the demands of the job.

Available for out-of-town assignments and on-call duty during peak seasons.

Work weekends as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic.

Preference given to candidates with expertise in agricultural equipment.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Bilingual proficiency is an advantage.

Compensation:

Hourly pay with remuneration based on experience.

Bonuses based on performance.
